Economic Development Authority

“The South St. Paul Economic Development Authority (EDA) is comprised of the seven-member City Council, acting as commissioners of the EDA in accordance with Minnesota Statutes, and an executive director. The EDA was established by Council Resolution 2015-27 in March of 2015, and the EDA plays a lead role in establishing and implementing policies related to business retention, expansion, and attraction as well as new development and redevelopment within the City of South St. Paul.”
