At 5:30 pm, gather at the official City tree at Central Square Community Center with Mayor Francis, the SSP City Council,  Santa, Mrs. Claus, Frosty, & friends for hot cocoa & cookies compliments of The Coop and The Yards!  Complete Wedding & Events will be joining us for some spectacular lighting and sound.  In addition, Lincoln Center Student Ambassadors will be collecting hats & mittens for students in need here in South St. Paul.   Santa, Mrs. Claus and Santa’s helpers, the SSP Mayor’s Youth Task Force will have a fun and special treat for all the little ones.  There will be a limited number, so come early.   At 5:50 pm,  Mayor Francis,  with the help of Santa, Mrs. Claus,  Frosty and the community, will do the official countdown to light the tree starting out the holiday season in South St. Paul.
