Special Assistanc
Participants with disabilities are welcome to participate in our activities. If any special assistance or auxiliary aids are needed, please notify Parks & Recreation at the time of registration to ensure that any need can be met to fully participate and enjoy our programs and services.

Fee Assistance

Program Brochure
A current listing of recreation programs can be found in the brochure where you will find the information for Parks & Recreation, Central Square Community Center, South St. Paul Public Library, and Doug Woog Arena. The brochure is mailed to all residents in the 55075 zip code three times a year in March (Summer), August (Fall), and December (Winter/Spring). The Current Brochure is available online.
