  1. City Council Worksession

    April 23, 7:30 PM @ South St. Paul City Hall - Training Room Access to Training Room is located on the West side (Alley side) of City Hall. Parking lot is located at the corner of 4th Ave. S. and 2nd St. N.

    The City Council meets in a Worksession setting on the second and fourth Monday of each month (Tuesday, if Monday falls on a Holiday). No official action is taken at a Worksession meeting. This meeting is open to the public.

  2. Patty Wetterling to Speak at the SSP High School

    April 24, 6:30 PM - 8:00 PM @ South St. Paul High School Auditorium

    Patty Wetterling will be speaking on the dynamics of child abduction, sexual exploitation and their widespread impact. This presentation is created to replace fear with information and tools. Patty will share messages from other kids about keeping safe and becoming engaged in building a safer community. She will challenge youth to be part of the solution and help to build a world where children have the right to grow up safe and follow their dreams. Spirit of Sharing is partnering with surrounding community organizers, police districts, schools, the South St. Paul Education Foundation and the SSP Mayor’s Youth Task Force to galvanize awareness around the importance of child safety. The Jacob Wetterling Resource Center has a proven history of helping kids and family. The Vision is to end all forms of child abuse, neglect and exploitation through training, education, prevention and awareness, providing care and treatment for children, families and adult survivors.

  3. South St. Paul Bike Sale

    April 28, 10:30 AM - 12:00 PM @ Gallagher Hansen VFW Post 295

    Join South St. Paul Boy Scout Troop #95 for the Annual South St. Paul Bike Sale. These bikes have been recovered by the South St. Paul Police Department over the past year and deemed surplus by the South St. Paul City Council. Bikes, which are priced to sell, will be available for viewing/purchasing on Saturday, April 28th from 10:30 am until noon or until the bikes are gone. Come early for best selection. Cash only please.
