South St. Paul Parks and Recreation welcomes both residents and non-residents to participate in our diverse recreation program offerings.

Participants with disabilities are welcome to participate in our activities. If any special assistance or auxiliary aids are needed, please notify parks and recreation at the time of registration to ensure that any need can be met to fully participate and enjoy our programs and services.

Fee Assistance
The Parks and Recreation Department offers fee assistance to qualified participants.  View the Fee Assistance Eligibility Scale to see if you qualify.  If eligible, download a copy of the Fee Assistance Application, fill it out and forward it to the Parks and Recreation Office for processing.

Program Brochure
A current listing of recreation programs can be found in the brochure where you will find the information for Parks and Recreation, Central Square Community Center, South St. Paul Public Library, and Doug Woog Arena. The brochure is mailed to all residents in the 55075 zip code three times a year in March (Summer 1st Edition), August (Fall), and December (Winter/Spring). The Summer 2nd Edition is online only. The 2017 Current Brochure is available online.
