Located on the Mississippi River Trail, south of the Spiral Bridge at Grand Avenue East
and Hardman Avenue and north of the Wakota Bridge.
Wildflower Levee Park is uniquely accessed by trail only. Developed in 2003, Wildflower Levee Park’s name was derived from a community-wide park naming contest. The park is honored to be the permanent home to the 2008 Minnesota DNR’s Adopt-a-River sculpture featured at the Minnesota State Fair, “The Industrious Cooperative Ant” by sculptor Rabi Sanfo.
Wildflower Levee Park is a great spot to stop along the Mississippi River Trail located directly on the banks of the Mississippi River.
