The 2017-2020 South St. Paul’s Economic Development Strategy was prepared by the Economic Development Advisory Board and adopted by the Economic Development Authority in early 2017 in order to guide efforts to support and expand the City’s economic base.
The Strategy is intended to serve as a framework for economic development decisions within the City and will be updated every three years (or more frequently, as warranted) to assure that it is reflective of current and anticipated trends, conditions, and priorities. To learn more about the Strategy, view the Economic Development Strategy (PDF).”
Staff is in the process of updating the Economic Development Strategy for the years 2021-2024. The new strategy is anticipated to be adopted in the spring of 2021.
