The Minnesota WorkForce Center, located at 1 Mendota Road West in West St. Paul is a partnership that brings together state, county, and non-profit agencies to make sure that area job seekers find employment and training and area businesses find the skilled workers they need. The Dakota-Scott Workforce Development Board oversees employment and training programs in Dakota and Scott Counties. The board is made up of representatives of business, organized labor, social services agencies, public employment services, rehabilitation services agencies, economic development agencies, community-based organizations and educational institutions and can be reached at 651-554-5622.
